Key Responsibilities

Area	What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Budgeting	• Lead the annual budgeting cycle for all restaurant concepts, consolidating inputs from operations, marketing, and supply‑chain teams. • Develop rolling forecasts (monthly/quarterly) and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and new openings.
Performance Analysis	• Produce monthly P&L, variance, and KPI dashboards (e.g., same‑store sales, labor cost %, food cost %, contribution margin). • Identify trends, root‑cause drivers, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Strategic Decision Support	• Partner with the Commercial and Operations teams on business cases for new concepts, menu launches, pricing changes, and capital projects. • Conduct ROI and sensitivity analyses to evaluate investment opportunities.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management	• Prepare concise, visual management reports for the CFO, CEOs of each brand, and the Board of Directors. • Communicate financial insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders, fostering data‑driven decision‑making.
Process Improvement	• Streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes using best‑in‑class tools (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan, SAP/Oracle). • Implement controls and governance to ensure data integrity and compliance with UAE GAAP/IFRS.
Team Leadership	• Mentor junior analysts, promote a culture of continuous learning, and champion analytical rigor across the finance function.

Required Experience & Skills

Requirement	Details
Industry Experience	Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) or Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environments, preferably with exposure to multi‑unit restaurant operations.
Technical Proficiency	Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA), strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), and experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Analytical Acumen	Proven ability to translate large data sets into clear, actionable insights; strong variance analysis, cost‑structure modeling, and scenario planning skills.
Financial Knowledge	Solid grasp of budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, and financial statement analysis under UAE GAAP/IFRS.
Communication	Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and board members.
Leadership	Demonstrated experience coaching junior staff and influencing cross‑functional teams.
Education	Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Language	Fluent English (both spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
