We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI-native startup backed by top-tier venture investors, building enterprise workflow and procurement intelligence solutions for the public sector market.

This is a highly strategic, founder-led commercial role — ideal for ex-management consultants interested in transitioning into enterprise GTM, strategic growth, and commercial ownership.

This is NOT a traditional sales role.

Responsibilities

You’ll work directly with founders to:

  • Open and manage strategic enterprise accounts
  • Build pilot / proof-of-concept proposals
  • Navigate complex stakeholder and procurement environments
  • Shape the company’s enterprise growth playbook
  • Partner with senior buyers across Fortune 1000 organizations

Qualifications

Ideal Background:

  • 1–3 years at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred)
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Interested in enterprise strategy, GTM, and founder-led environments
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch
  • Based in Toronto or willing to relocate
