We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI-native startup backed by top-tier venture investors, building enterprise workflow and procurement intelligence solutions for the public sector market.
This is a highly strategic, founder-led commercial role — ideal for ex-management consultants interested in transitioning into enterprise GTM, strategic growth, and commercial ownership.
This is NOT a traditional sales role.
Responsibilities
You’ll work directly with founders to:
- Open and manage strategic enterprise accounts
- Build pilot / proof-of-concept proposals
- Navigate complex stakeholder and procurement environments
- Shape the company’s enterprise growth playbook
- Partner with senior buyers across Fortune 1000 organizations
Qualifications
Ideal Background:
- 1–3 years at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interested in enterprise strategy, GTM, and founder-led environments
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch
- Based in Toronto or willing to relocate
