About the Role

As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with large, multi-location partners while also driving new business acquisition. You will play a critical role in maximising partner performance, revenue growth, and long-term retention within a fast-paced digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic partners (multi-site restaurant chains)
  • Analyse performance metrics such as revenue, retention, and growth drivers
  • Identify opportunities to optimise menus, promotions, pricing, and customer ratings
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through proactive account management

Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new enterprise partners
  • Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements
  • Continuously expand and strengthen the partner portfolio

Onboarding & Optimisation

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners onto the platform
  • Optimise partner profiles (product offering, opening hours, pricing structures)
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement actions proactively

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, BI dashboards) to track performance
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously refine account plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and partner engagement strategies

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth environments is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and act on insights
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, or BI platforms
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Resilient, solution-oriented, and commercially driven
