Your Tasks in Our Team:

  • Development and implementation of a strategy for modernizing our manufacturing processes and utilizing new technologies (e.g., AI) to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Leadership and coordination of strategic initiatives to expand our manufacturing capacities (machining, assembly, testing & painting).
  • Creation of business cases for strategic investments to increase capacity and improve the manufacturing footprint.
  • Leadership of project managers responsible for strategic projects in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Responsibility for plant-related maintenance activities (machining, assembly, test benches & painting).
  • Evaluation of maintenance activities carried out internally and by external suppliers to define internal core competencies, increase flexibility, and reduce costs over the product lifecycle.
  • Support of Order-to-Delivery management in developing strategies for OPACC improvement.
  • Overall responsibility for HR matters and performance reviews of employees.

What You Should Bring:

  • Successfully completed studies in Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
  • 8–12 years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and maintenance processes is required.
  • Strong social skills for handling sensitive topics, developing employees, and convincing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Several years of leadership experience and very good organizational skills.
  • Practical experience in project management.
  • Confident use of IT programs and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a confident demeanor.
  • Very good German and English skills (min. level B2).
