About the Role

The Strategic Marketing Manager is a pivotal leadership role that will significantly contribute to the firm's growth and revenue through innovative content and digital marketing initiatives. As a key partner to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will ensure that all marketing efforts support our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of translating intricate service offerings into engaging marketing campaigns that attract qualified leads. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members and fostering a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive content and digital marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, from conception and content development to launch and performance evaluation.
  • Content Creation: Supervise the production of impactful content, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and website copy, ensuring optimal lead generation.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the brand & events team to enhance the firm’s digital presence, including SEO, SEM, and website management to boost brand visibility and increase inbound traffic.
  • Performance Measurement: Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide the Go to Market Coordinator to ensure professional growth and the successful execution of daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a digital marketing or content strategy role with a proven record of success.
  • Accounting & Consulting Firm Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an accounting or consulting firm setting.
  • Overall Experience: 10 years of professional work experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing projects and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and convert business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
