POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

  • Proven success in outbound, new business B2B sales (individual contributor role within the last 5 years
  • Strong experience selling into large, complex organisations (JSE listed preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed new business revenue targets
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM, plus tools such as Salesforce Engage, Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting and closing discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed new business revenue targets
  • Commercially aware, data-driven and numerate, with solid Excel and reporting capability
  • 10+ years sales / business development experience preferred (SaaS, Technology or Consumer Goods ideal)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple enterprise opportunities simultaneously
  • Relevant degree preferred
  • Drive new business revenue growth through proactive prospecting, networking, and field sales activity
