The primary focus of the Strategic Pharmacy Analyst (SPA) will be to strengthen the collaboration between the Business Development team and Employee Benefit Consultants. The SPA will assist two Business Development Executives in the sales process once the analysis is verified and released.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Act as the central project manager for new opportunities, connecting Brokers, BDEs, and various teams across the company to support successful business closure.
- Manage the lifecycle of Financial Analyses, RFPs, and other reports for multiple teams while adapting to changing communication styles and reporting needs.
- Lead small teams in collaboration with Financial Analysts and ensure outstanding communication of project outcomes.
- Validate datasets from numerous medical vendors and PBMs for comprehensive financial and clinical modeling.
- Coordinate timely delivery of accurate, group-specific Financial Analyses and reports.
- Become the subject matter expert (SME) on pricing processes, formulary disruptions, and RxBenefits pricing schemes.
- Apply insights from repricing and contract language to create tailored Financial Analyses for each prospect.
- Maintain the flexibility to adapt to changes in PBM drug lists and their implications.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for ad hoc reporting to address urgent business needs.
- Prepare Business Development Executives for finalist presentations in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Manage the sales process in SalesForce from analysis to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions post-sale.
- Assist in preparing materials for finalist meetings while ensuring accurate documentation and updates in Salesforce.
Key Success Measures:
- Performance of the Business Development Team against sales targets.
- Accuracy of delivered Financial Analyses.
- Timely production of materials for finalist meetings.
- Effective transition of clients for Account Management and Implementation.
Required Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years of proficiency in Excel for data analytics.
- 2+ years of financial modeling experience.
- Pharmacy industry analytics experience required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with SFDC or other CRM systems.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $62,400 - $79,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. RxBenefits is dedicated to fair compensation practices and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
