About the Role
As a highly driven and strategic Senior Product Manager, you will be working closely with the Office of the CTO and senior leadership. Your role will involve a strong blend of technology understanding, product thinking, and user‑centric design in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes setting. You will take full ownership of product development and execution, from concept to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end product ownership, including ideation, development, deployment, and scaling of products.
- Understand and translate user requirements into effective product solutions with a focus on scalability and user experience.
- Analyze and optimize product journeys using product analytics and user behavior insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and leadership.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.

- Lead AI‑driven product initiatives, including design flows, testing, and research documentation.
