Strategic Program Manager
Dealer Rocket
About the role
About the Company
Holley Performance Brands (Safety & Racing Division) is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services in the motorsports industry. Our mission is to enhance the performance and safety of racing enthusiasts while fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
About the Role
Dealer Rocket is partnering with Holley Performance Brands to hire a Strategic Program Manager for their Safety & Racing division. We are not hiring a traditional Program Manager. This role is the operational and strategic partner to the VP of Safety & Racing, responsible for driving alignment, execution, and performance across the Simpson, Stilo, RaceQuip, and HANS brands. You will own the orchestration of key initiatives from roadmap planning through launch and post-market evaluation, ensuring cross-functional teams operate in sync and deliver against aggressive safety, quality, and commercial objectives. This is a high-impact role that requires someone who can turn complex priorities into clear execution and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Safety & Racing to define, prioritize, and track short-, mid-, and long-term roadmaps
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales
- Translate strategy into structured, executable plans with clear ownership and timelines
- Identify bottlenecks early and take action to remove them
- Lead program execution from planning through launch and post-market evaluation
- Use data and performance insights to inform decisions and optimize outcomes
- Communicate clearly with executive leadership, turning complexity into actionable updates
Qualifications
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs in complex environments
- Strong analytical capability — able to interpret data and use it to improve execution
- Experience influencing without formal authority across multiple teams
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adjusting quickly as priorities evolve
- Solid foundation in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience in product development, manufacturing, or physical goods environments is strongly preferred
Required Skills
- This role is built for someone who operates, not coordinates.
- You take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables.
- You move work forward even when priorities aren’t perfectly defined.
- You’re comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
- You bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex situations.
The Opportunity
- Direct partnership with the VP of Safety & Racing
- Ownership across a portfolio of leading motorsports brands
- Real influence on how products move from roadmap to market
- High-visibility role in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
Pay range and compensation package
$85,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off and 9 paid holidays
- Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability
- Employee Assistance Program
- Employee discounts on Holley products
- Education assistance
