Responsibilities

• Strategic development and management of the Honors Program Informatik
• Coordination of program activities and stakeholders
• Ensuring the quality and success of the program
• Reporting and evaluation of program outcomes
• Budget management and resource allocation
• Development and implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies
• Liaison with students, faculty, and external partners
• Organization of events and workshops
• Continuous improvement of program offerings

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in program management, project management, or a similar role
• Experience in the higher education sector, preferably in academic program development or management
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with marketing and recruitment strategies is a plus
• Knowledge of the Saarland Informatics Campus and its offerings is advantageous
