Responsibilities

• Sie treiben strategische Commercial‑Excellence‑Projekte voran und sorgen dafür, dass wichtige Initiativen erfolgreich und mit klarer Wirkung umgesetzt werden.

• You drive strategic Commercial Excellence projects and ensure that key initiatives are implemented successfully and with measurable impact.

• Sie gestalten moderne Vertriebsprozesse aktiv mit, identifizieren Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und begleiten deren Umsetzung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.

• You actively shape modern sales processes, identify improvement opportunities and support their implementation together with the relevant business units.

• Sie analysieren Sales‑Abläufe, CRM‑Nutzung und KPIs, decken Potenziale auf und entwickeln lösungsorientierte Maßnahmen.

• You analyze sales workflows, CRM usage and KPIs, uncover optimization potential and develop solution‑oriented measures.

• Sie sorgen für Prozessqualität im Vertrieb, führen interne Audits durch und unterstützen eine nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung.

• You ensure process quality within the Sales organization, conduct internal audits and support sustainable process improvements.

• Sie fördern die Digitalisierung im Sales‑Umfeld, etwa durch Dynamics‑ oder Power‑Platform‑Projekte.

• You promote digitalization within the Sales environment, for example through Dynamics or Power Platform initiatives.

• Sie erstellen relevante Entscheidungsgrundlagen, bereiten Präsentationen und Analysen für die Führungsebene vor.

• You prepare essential decision‑making materials, including presentations, analyses and summaries for senior leadership.

• Sie koordinieren zentrale Stakeholder und stärken die Transparenz sowie einen strukturierten Austausch im gesamten Commercial‑Bereich.

• You coordinate key stakeholders and strengthen transparency and structured collaboration across the entire Commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Management or a comparable field.

• Sie bringen 3–6 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Consulting oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld mit.

• You bring 3–6 years of experience in project management, consulting or a similar environment.

• Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Projektmanagement‑Skills und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen strukturiert voranzutreiben.

• You have strong project management skills and the ability to drive complex topics forward in a structured way.

• Sie überzeugen mit starken Kommunikations‑ und Stakeholder‑Management‑Fähigkeiten.

• You excel in communication and stakeholder management and can engage effectively at all organizational levels.

• Sie arbeiten analytisch, strukturiert und qualitätsorientiert.

• You work analytically, structured and with a strong focus on quality.

• Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Dynamics, Power BI oder der Power Platform sind ein Plus.

• You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Dynamics, Power BI or the Power Platform is a plus.

• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft.

• You have excellent English skills; German skills are an advantage.
