Baseline Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future need for sponsorship
- Expected graduation no earlier than 2028
- Available to work in a hybrid environment in Milford, OH (no relocation required)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct end‑to‑end user experience activities to support internal business‑process improvement projects
- Support Agile UX design and development exercises through research, design, and testing activities
- Transform existing standards and guidelines into an online pattern library for broad adoption (Product Management, Development, Testing, UX)
- Conduct UX research and evaluation methods such as interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluation, and usability testing
- Develop user interface specifications, including personas, interaction design, workflows, and prototypes
- Manage projects with tight timelines, reporting status to the management team weekly
- Communicate design rationale effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Gather and analyze data from internal issue‑tracking systems
- Develop, maintain, and analyze customer surveys concerning product quality
- Apply GOMS and KLM analysis to benchmark current products and evaluate designs for future products
- Analyze and compare old and new software versions to measure improvements over time
- Create wireframes and mock‑ups to communicate ideas and gain stakeholder buy‑in
Minimum Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, Visual Design, or a related field
- Solid understanding of user‑centered design based on HCI, visual, or industrial design foundations
- Willingness to “wear multiple hats” and perform various UX‑related tasks in a team environment
- Self‑driven, comfortable communicating ideas, and able to work collaboratively with a cross‑functional team
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $22.00 – $50.00
