The Strategy and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the organization’s strategic planning and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, market position, and long-term growth. Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic plans that support organizational growth and market expansion.
- Leading market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer behavior, and new opportunities.
- Creating and managing integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align business strategies with marketing goals.
- Monitoring brand performance and ensuring consistency across all communication channels and platforms.
- Overseeing the development of marketing content, product positioning, and promotional activities.
- Analyzing marketing metrics and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Managing external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE advertising and data protection regulations in all marketing activities.
- Supporting cross-functional projects such as product launches, customer engagement programs, and sales enablement tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6‑8 years of experience in strategic planning and marketing management, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE consumer markets, digital platforms, and regulatory environment.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and manage teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
