Structural Engineering Manager

Overview

Great new fulltime opportunity open for a talented Structural Engineering Manager! The work environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability. This role is fully onsite at the client site in eastern PA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural engineering activities with emphasis in stress analysis.
• Provide leadership including project management; coach, mentor, and supervise a small team.
• Coordinate design for global environmental conditions, connection engineering, aluminum structures, and dynamic analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of structural engineering experience with emphasis in stress analysis.
• Expertise in stress and deflection of structures, design for global environmental conditions, connection engineering, aluminum structures, dynamic analysis.
• Proficient in structural analysis with RISA-3D or similar software.
• Proven leadership experience including project management.
• Desire to coach, mentor, and supervise a small team.
• P.E. license is a plus, not a requirement.

Desired Skills

• Experience in Mechanical Engineering with machine design or mechanical systems.
• Personnel Management or Team Lead experience.
