Structural Technician/ Revit Modeller

Job Description

• Produce detailed structural models and drawings using Revit
• Assist engineers with BIM model development, detailing, and project documentation
• Coordinate with structural engineers to accurately interpret and deliver design requirements
• Maintain Revit models throughout all design phases
• Participate in project meetings and assist with coordination
• Support project planning and ensure documentation aligns with BIM standards

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a Structural Revit / BIM Modeller
• Solid, proven exposure to Revit software (essential)
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Experience working on building structures, including:
  • Retail shopping centres
  • Commercial buildings with deep basements
  • High‑rise apartments
  • Residential and luxury homes
  • Industrial distribution centres and factories
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines

Qualification

• BSc or BTech in Civil Engineering.
