Student Advisor (Schools Outreach)

Salary: R14 000 basic + uncapped commission

We’re looking for a driven and engaging Student Advisor to connect with high school learners and guide them toward their future studies. This role is ideal for a strong salesperson who thrives on targets, enjoys presenting, and is motivated by earning potential.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Role

You’ll be responsible for building relationships with schools and promoting a range of business and commerce qualifications (including BCom, BBA and similar programmes), offered through both on‑campus and distance learning platforms.

Your time will be split between:

• Visiting schools and delivering presentations to students
• Building relationships with teachers and career guidance counsellors
• Following up on leads and converting interest into enrolments
• Working towards (and exceeding) monthly sales targets

You’ll be based in Bryanston, with access to pool vehicles for school visits.

Desired Experience & Qualification

What We’re Looking For

• Completed degree or 3‑year diploma (essential)
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Previous sales experience (highly advantageous)
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to groups
• Target‑driven with a strong desire to earn commission
• Experience in environments such as outbound call centres, direct sales, or high‑volume sales roles will be highly beneficial

Package & Remuneration

• Basic salary: R14 000
• Commission: Lucrative, uncapped commission structure
• Benefits: Pool vehicles provided for school visits
