Salary: 35.00 to 38.00 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to attract prospective students
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations, webinars, and information sessions
• Coordinate recruitment events, education fairs, and promotional campaigns
• Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, digital content, and newsletters
• Conduct market research and analyze recruitment trends to optimize strategies
• Act as a representative of the organization in public-facing engagements
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and stakeholders
• Maintain and manage CRM/database of leads and applicants
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute recruitment campaigns
• Provide post-engagement support to prospective students

Requirements

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
