We are looking for a sales-driven personality to strengthen our team!

Our Student Recruitment team is seeking an experienced Student Recruitment Manager to join us as soon as possible. Your task is clear: convince national and international prospective students to choose KLU and our exceptional study programs in Business, Management, Supply Chain Management, and Data Science.

As the face of KLU, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, build relationships, answer their questions, and help them envision their future at KLU.

Your goal is to convert interest into commitment and guide students through the decision-making and advising process – all the way to contract signing, in close coordination with our Admissions Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and advising students for KLU's preparatory, bachelor's, and master's programs. Prior knowledge is an advantage, but we primarily value your personality, enthusiasm, and likeable sales strength.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexible working hours and home-office possibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Student recruitment for our study programs
  • Achieving student intake targets by addressing potential students through various channels
  • Planning and representing KLU at educational fairs, career fairs, and recruitment events
  • Planning and conducting counseling interviews, campus tours, info evenings, and other recruitment events (Open Day, etc.)
  • Guiding prospective students through the application process – from initial contact to enrollment
  • Composing and sending targeted communications to maximize conversion rates
  • Building and maintaining relationships with private and international schools, educational agencies, and other key stakeholders
  • Managing online content for events, landing pages, and FAQs with a focus on user-friendliness and lead generation
  • Compiling and analyzing recruitment statistics to identify opportunities and track success

Profile

  • A strong sales personality with a knack for inspiring a young target audience to study at KLU.
  • Fluent communication in German (preferably native language) and English (business fluent).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally combined with knowledge of the German and international education system.
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Digitally savvy and open to learning new systems and tools.
  • Ideally, experience with CRM systems.
