Role Overview

We are looking for a Student Success Manager to manage front-desk responsibilities, handle student queries, and ensure a smooth support experience for our learners.

Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound student calls professionally • Assist students with course-related queries • Manage visitor interactions at the office • Maintain records and basic documentation • Support internal coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements • Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates may apply) • Working knowledge of MS Office • Professional communication and phone etiquette

Compensation

Salary up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
