Your role in the team

• Support in the operation, continuous development, and scaling of the Dataport AI platform based on Red Hat OpenShift and IBM watsonx.
• Processing support tickets as well as assisting with debugging and troubleshooting.
• Close, cross-departmental collaboration within the DevOps model to optimize deployments, operational stability, and automation level.
• Participation in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes, automation mechanisms, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of DevOps methods and tools.
• Proactive, self-initiated work approach as well as quick comprehension.
• Basic knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is desirable.
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Hamburg Security Clearance and Confidentiality Act (HmbSÜGG).

Experience

• Initial experience with Kubernetes, container technologies, as well as in the administration of Linux systems and servers.

Education

• Ongoing full-time studies in computer science or a comparable field.
