Sub-project manager (m/f/d) - Repair

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the successful handling and management of repair orders in the plant and act as a driving force in the In Service Support project team.
• As the central point of contact for the customer, you ensure a smooth flow of communication and information at all times.
• You manage the processing of repair orders in a targeted manner, always keeping costs, deadlines and the highest quality standards in mind.
• Your core tasks include the professional awarding of contracts to internal and external parties and administrative warehouse management.
• You are primarily responsible for the precise preparation of cost estimates and offers.
• You reliably take care of creating customer-specific test and acceptance certificates.
• You are responsible for creating the necessary shipping documents and precisely managing the delivery to the customer.
• Regular internal reporting keeps product management and project management transparently informed.

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in engineering or as an industrial engineer (m/f/d) or a technical or business administration vocational training with an additional qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d).
• You bring sound professional experience, especially in cost calculation and quotation preparation.
• You bring detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office to your daily work.
• You impress with your excellent user knowledge of SAP, ideally in the SD, CS and MM modules.
• Your work style is characterized by high resilience, strong organizational skills and a pronounced sense of responsibility.
• As a communicative team player (m/f/d), you will quickly integrate into existing project groups.
• You are confident in preparing information in a way that is appropriate for the recipient and in managing processes across departments.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your professional profile.
