Sub Project Manager – Sterile Filling Expansion

Your Role

• You will take overall responsibility for the FAS sub-project according to the business case, URB and PEP.
• You will manage and coordinate all project activities according to the Project Delivery Playbook.
• You will work closely with Project Leadership, Project Controls, and strategic project teams.
• You will regularly report progress, risks, and schedule status to project management.
• You will organize and conduct workshops and gate reviews (Non-Funding Gates).
• You will manage and track issues and actions via Atlassian Jira.
• You will coordinate risk and schedule planning with the NGF Project Controls Team.
• You will ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• You will contribute best practices to continuously optimize project execution.

What We're Looking For

• You have completed a degree in engineering.
• You have extensive experience in project management.
• You have experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• You are familiar with sterile filling systems (Aseptic Filling) and ideally freeze-drying (Freeze Drying).
• You are familiar with GMP-regulated production environments.
• You have experience in a brownfield environment (existing buildings, ongoing operations).
• You work in a structured, assertive, and solution-oriented manner.
• You communicate confidently in an interdisciplinary environment.
