In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise‑level initiatives focused on business process improvement, Agile transformation, and data‑driven modernization across the Verification Division (VER) and Field Operations Directorate (FOD). • Ability to manage risk, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and timely outputs.
  • Ten (10) years of program and/or project management experience, with at least five (5) years supporting large‑scale federal programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification; Agile or SAFe certification is preferred and must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability clearance (Public Trust or higher as required).
