Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the management of a performance management platform. This role combines stakeholder coordination with hands on execution to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery of key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements for implementation.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead execution of recurring performance management cycles and related projects.
• Support issue resolution and ensure ongoing platform stability.
• Participate in testing activities to validate solutions meet business requirements.

Skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module configuration and administration.
• Strong ability to work across business and IT teams.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Proven experience supporting system or platform related projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting performance management or HR systems.
• Experience providing guidance or direction to team members.
