Job Summary
As a Summer Student, Data Analyst for our Global Learning & Development team, you will collaborate with the Global Safety Assessment Team by assisting with the digitalization of harmonized training records in a Learning Management System (LMS). This position is responsible for assisting in the coordination of project activities, maintenance and updating of the project schedules, ensuring data accuracy, managing assignments, monitoring progress, and communicating to the project team.
Responsibilities
- Review selected data for accuracy against the provided reference values
- Flag inconsistencies and work with the team to correct the quality/completeness of the data
- Utilize standard spreadsheets to capture required details of assigned reviews
- Prepare summary of observations
- Work with the team to remediate findings
- Provide regular updates on progress and communicate any impediment
- Assisting the project manager with administrative duties and processes
- Reporting on team and project performance
- Obtaining and performing data analytics across multiple data sources
- Creation and maintenance of project management tools, reports, and SharePoint sites
- In conjunction with users and managers, defining requirements/user stories, documenting specifications, implementing and supporting operational information systems
- Scheduling meetings and keeping minutes
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program in biological sciences, business management or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required
- Must be willing to be trained as an LMS system administrator
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to details
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and ability to work independently and be proactive is required
Role Specific Information
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Monday‑Friday, day schedule; Temporary position, full‑time 37.5 hrs per week

Requirements
