Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage candidate profiles in Lever
• Draft personalized outreach messages for potential candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules using Google Workspace
• Conduct reference checks with industry leaders
• Participate in live interviews to observe techniques

Requirements:

• High emotional intelligence for interpersonal engagement
• Comfortable with technology and organization of files
• Discretion in handling confidential information
• Open to receiving constructive feedback and learning
• Previous experience in recruitment or related field is a plus
