Lead the transformation of recognition practices at Sun Life as a Recognition Modernization Manager. Drive the redesign of programs to enhance simplicity, scalability, and governance.
This 18-month contract role focuses on modernizing Sun Life's Recognition & Rewards ecosystem. You will guide future-state design, systems readiness, and ensure operational consistency over the acknowledgment process. Collaborate closely with the Sales leadership and stakeholders to create a sustainable recognition model within a 12-18 month timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign of advisor recognition practices
- Identify and improve legacy program structures
- Partner with Sales leadership to align recognition plans
- Define business requirements for system transformation
- Design future-state process controls for compliance
Requirements
- 6+ years in recognition or sales programs
- Experience in business-led data transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups
- Capacity to navigate ambiguous environments
