Gpac has partnered with a general contractor that is looking to add a Superintedent to their team. What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance-based bonus program! They are specifically looking for someone with projects up to $20M.

Superintendent Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
