Job Description

Reporting to our Consulting division, you will be part of a team of Data consultants whose mission is to support organizations (VSEs/SMEs/ETIs) in transformation projects focused on Reporting and Data Intelligence using Microsoft solutions (Power BI / Fabric).

This challenge will allow you to develop complementary skills (consulting and data) in a dynamic ecosystem with different company sizes and across all sectors!

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Producing Reporting & Data Intelligence assignments for our clients, individually or as part of a team
• Preparing and leading workshops with clients to understand their needs
• Modeling data according to the appropriate reporting tool model (ERD model, etc.)
• Developing data processing flows based on needs (Power Query, DAX, etc.)
• Performing unit and integration tests
• Designing dashboards while respecting UX/UI best practices and being proactive (Figma, etc.)
• Developing dashboards (Power BI)
• Training and supporting clients in their adoption
• Documenting your developments
• Utilizing CI/CD tools
• Supervising team members in the completion of one or more client assignments to ensure quality review and skill development
• Depending on the assignments, managing client relationships in support of the Manager or Associate
• Contributing to business development (commercial proposals, client pitches, identifying opportunities, participating in events, etc.)
• Participating in the Reporting & Data Intelligence Center of Excellence.

Our goal: to enable you to develop your Consulting posture (operational business and Power BI expert) and to participate in high-value-added assignments for our clients. Qualifications

• With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years of experience, coming from an audit/consulting/IT audit firm, an IT service company, or with significant experience as a senior BI consultant or data analyst.
• You have a strong command of Power BI and are familiar with DevOps tools (Azure) and Microsoft Fabric. PL-300 or PL-200 certifications would be a plus.
• You have previously led one or more projects using SQL.
• You are curious and passionate about Data and AI topics.
• You have a strong capacity for analysis, reflection, and questioning, and you are not afraid to challenge your own certainties. You strive for operational excellence.
• You are curious, dynamic, proactive, have strong client relationship skills, and an appetite for contributing to business development.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and have previously supervised more junior team members.

• Occasional travel to our clients in France will be required.
