Position Details

Series: 0501 Financial Administration & Program
Path: NH‑IV (GS‑14/15 Equivalent)

Key Duties

Serve as the principal advisor to senior managers on the development/implementation/revision of financial management policies for NFPC.
Develop new concepts, methodologies, metrics, policies and strategies in support of the organization’s mission.
Direct/perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of major operating and support programs within the organization.
Provide interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution, including audits.
Ensure the financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports.
Manage a team of financial management analysts, including task delegation, personnel management, and employee development.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

U.S. Citizen
Able to obtain/maintain at least a Secret security clearance
Ability to obtain Financial Management FMC03 Certification within the required timeline
Male applicants must have completed the Selective Service Registration
