We are seeking a Procurement Systems Support professional to support the Procurement Systems and Process team at a leading construction company. This role will act as a key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition to a new procurement platform through effective onboarding, training, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include onboarding suppliers to the Coupa platform, contributing to the development of training materials, and supporting the delivery of training sessions to ensure successful supplier adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard suppliers to the Coupa procurement platform
  • Act as a point of contact between suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and answer platform-related questions
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training documentation
  • Support and participate in supplier training sessions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience with supplier portals, eProcurement platforms, hosted and punchout catalogs, and vendor master data workflows
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Coupa Analytics, Power BI)
  • Solid understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and payment terms
