About the role

Our client is seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Administrator to support the Senior Director of Supply Chain in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating operations, managing multiple priorities, and supporting leadership with reporting, communication, and process improvements.

You will play a key role in helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Director of Supply Chain • Coordinate reports, schedules, and internal communications • Support month-end program administration and reporting • Track attendance metrics and prepare leadership summaries • Assist with coordination of temporary workforce staffing and reporting • Liaise with facility vendors and service providers to coordinate building maintenance • Maintain safety documentation (MSDS / WHMIS) and internal document systems • Support material receiving and assist with work order review for Accounts Payable

What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of administrative or operational support experience • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) • Experience in warehouse, distribution, or industrial environments is an asset

This role is on-site, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
