Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date material and package reporting within the Web PMP (Project Procurement Plan) for assigned packages
• Monitoring and ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance meets the department’s KPI targets
• Collecting Supplier Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) on schedule and distributing them promptly to stakeholders
• Notifying suppliers in a timely manner of any delays in MPR submissions
• Coordinating with third parties to support expediting interventions when required
• Preparing and sharing weekly expediting intervention plans with stakeholders
• Supporting Order Management with the processing of expediting-related invoices
• Producing and maintaining departmental MIS reports

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Previous CAPEX project experience is an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to work both in an office environment and on a construction site
