Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or product operations
  • Experience working within global hardware or electromechanical supply chains
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross‑functional supply chain initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

Preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant experience across multiple commodity categories
  • Background in robotics, automation, or electromechanical systems
  • Experience supporting both new product introduction (NPI) and sustained operations
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field)
