Responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain initiatives across robotics and automation programs, driving alignment between sourcing, planning, engineering, product, and finance teams. This role focuses on balancing commercial and technical trade‑offs to achieve operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience across the product lifecycle.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or product operations
• Experience working within global hardware or electromechanical supply chains
• Proven track record managing complex, cross‑functional supply chain initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

Preferred

• 5+ years of relevant experience across multiple commodity categories
• Background in robotics, automation, or electromechanical systems
• Experience supporting both new product introduction (NPI) and sustained operations
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field)

Core Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional supply chain initiatives across product development and lifecycle phases
• Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain strategy, decisions, and program updates
• Partner with sourcing, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance to align execution
• Develop and execute cost reduction roadmaps, including total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis
• Spares and service
• Replacements
• Tariffs and logistics impacts
• Drive lead time optimization initiatives with clear reduction plans and reporting
• Synthesize multi‑functional inputs into actionable recommendations
• Support financial planning, capital approvals, and program‑level decision making
• Own supply chain requirements from general availability through end‑of‑life
• Coordinate implementation of post‑launch engineering changes (ECOs)
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements for sustained performance
