Key Responsibilities

  • Tier 1 & 2 Technical Support – Act as the primary technical point of contact, triaging incoming requests and escalating high‑priority bugs or feature gaps to the Engineering team with clarity and urgency.
  • DevOps & Infrastructure Support – Manage and troubleshoot environment issues with a heavy focus on Docker‑based deployments, ensuring our enterprise customers stay up and running.
  • Configuration Management – Work fluently with JSON and complex application configurations to tailor the BlueMarvel experience for enterprise clients.
  • Automation & Scripting – Identify inefficiencies and write Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and internal workflows, freeing up time for higher‑value work across the team.
  • Data Visualization & Insight – Conceptualize and understand large datasets, picturing how they flow through and are utilized within the application — and helping customers do the same.
  • Technical Translation – Distill complex technical conversations and engineering updates into simple, professional, and easy‑to‑understand language for customers and internal stakeholders alike.

Technical Requirements

  • Proven experience with Python, JavaScript, and MERN stack applications.
  • Strong, hands‑on experience with Docker (containerization).
  • Fluent and professional English (written and spoken) required for high‑touch customer interaction.
  • A natural curiosity for how software works under the hood and a relentless drive to solve puzzles.
  • Ability to read and understand source code to identify bugs or logic flows is a significant plus.
