Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver first- and second-line IT support to end users for productivity and service continuity
• Manage incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting effectively
• Support endpoint and application rollouts
• Maintain accurate ITSM records and knowledge documentation
• Provide support for user endpoints, applications, collaboration tools, printers, authentication, and more
• Support implementations, upgrades, and escalations
• Ensure documentation and compliance for audit readiness and improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Matric
• Valid Drivers License own reliable vehicle
• Relevant IT qualification (e.g., Diploma/Certificate) or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft endpoint and productivity environments (e.g., Windows, Microsoft 365)
