Actimize Developer / Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer / Support Engineer with strong expertise in ActOne and STAR platforms. This role is primarily focused on support and configuration (80%), with limited development responsibilities (20%). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial crime / AML domains, along with a solid background in Java and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Actimize applications, ensuring system stability and performance
• Perform configuration and customization on Actimize ActOne and STAR platforms
• Work with case management tools within financial crime / AML systems
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical teams
• Develop and enhance Actimize modules using Java and SQL (as needed)
• Support data analysis, validation, and reporting activities
• Participate in release deployments and post-production validation
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and issue resolutions

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Actimize (AIS, ActOne, STAR)
• Strong hands-on experience with ActOne + STAR (Mandatory)
• Experience in banking / financial crime / AML domain
• Solid experience with case management systems
• Strong programming skills in Java
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience in production support and incident management

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS (cloud exposure)
• Knowledge of Python and PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of data pipelines and batch processing

Role Breakdown

• 50% – Production Support
• 30% – Configuration (ActOne & STAR)
• 20% – Development (Java/SQL)
