Your Profile

• You have a relevant vocational training or corresponding professional experience in the IT sector
• Scrum is not a foreign word to you
• You convince with an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of thinking and working
• You enjoy what you do and are not afraid of challenges

Your Tasks

• System setups (online as well as on-site at the customer's)
• Processing customer inquiries (1st/2nd level support)
• Training of customers and employees
