About the Role

We are seeking a customer-facing Suspension Product Manager to lead the strategic development and successful deployment of our suspension product portfolio, including Air Spring, Air Supply Unit, Damper, and Full Active Suspension systems. This role emphasizes deep engagement with OEM customers, supporting system definition, technical alignment, and product launch execution across multiple product lines. Note: Only candidates based in EU will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main product contact for OEM customers, managing the relationship from concept through SOP.
• Understand customer expectations and ensure timely alignment of system features, specifications, and validation activities.
• Lead customer discussions and technical workshops, aligning internal teams accordingly
• Collect, document, and prioritize customer-specific product requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement and validate customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align product content with program milestones.
• Track technical issues, feature delivery status, and change requests with respect to customer timing.
• Provide regular product status updates, manage feedback loops, and drive issue resolution.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and transparent communication.
• Support new business opportunities through customer presentations, benchmarking input, and product positioning.
• Assist sales team in RFQ responses and technical clarifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following products: Air Spring, Air Supply Unit, Damper, or Full Active Suspension.
• Good understanding of suspension systems and vehicle integration.
• Experience interfacing with OEM customers on technical and program topics.
• Fluent in English; German or Chinese is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and workshops.
