Lead transformative change in capital markets as SVP of Markets Transformation at Citi. This role focuses on data solutions and delivering key initiatives across business sectors.
As part of Citi’s rapidly growing Program Execution & Transformation team, you will manage deliverables and drive significant change within Capital Markets. Successful candidates will leverage their capital markets expertise to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. You'll influence project outcomes while ensuring accurate data governance and addressing regulatory commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business, Product Control, and Market Risk teams
- Collaborate with MSS Technology on data governance
- Represent MSS Transformation across all work streams
- Deliver on commitments to regulatory bodies
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years in managing complex data programs
- Strong foundation in front office market structures
- Expertise in project management techniques
- Familiarity with Data Quality rules and risk methodologies
- University degree or equivalent experience
