Responsibilities

• Programming, regulation, and support of automated systems
• Creation, adaptation, and support of software applications and parameter sets for large diesel and gas engines
• Technical support for customers via Microsoft Teams and telephone
• Analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions and application problems
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments to optimize systems and processes

Profile

• Completed studies as a Bachelor or further training as a technician in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable
• Technical understanding in the areas of automation, software application, and parameterization
• Ideally, qualification as a certified electrical specialist (EFK) - but not a prerequisite
• Willingness for occasional visits to the test stand
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of technical customer support
• Teamwork and initiative
