Your Responsibilities

We are looking for you as a Software Developer / Software Architect (m/f/d) at our Berlin location (hybrid).

Your tasks include:

• Development of the device software architecture for future, broadband communication systems in modern aircraft
• Design of a software architecture for communication systems of different aircraft classes, considering modularity, performance, and hardware, firmware, and software partitioning
• Definition of software architectures and interfaces according to operational requirements in close coordination with hardware architecture and system engineering

Your Profile

You should definitely bring the following knowledge and skills:

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of software system architectures for radio communication and familiarity with modern aircraft systems
• MUST-HAVE: profound knowledge of the C programming language (not C++)
• Knowledge in hardware-related software development, driver development, and boot processes
• Familiarity with real-time systems
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
• Very good spoken and written German is required for effective communication in the project environment and with our German-speaking customers.
