The Swiss Impact Investment Analyst evaluates investment opportunities that generate measurable social and environmental benefits alongside financial returns, leveraging expertise in sustainable finance and impact measurement frameworks. This role requires deep knowledge of Swiss regulatory standards, ESG criteria, and the ability to assess the long‑term viability of impact-driven ventures across diverse sectors.
Purpose
To identify, evaluate, and manage impact investment opportunities, ensuring all portfolio companies meet stringent SFDR Article 9 standards and upcoming EU AI Act compliance requirements.
Impact
This role directly influences the allocation of over CHF 500 M in impact capital, driving measurable progress in global decarbonisation and financial inclusion.
Team Structure
Part of the Investment Committee support team, working alongside 4 Senior Associates and 2 Data Scientists.
Reports To
Reporting directly to the Head of Impact Strategy.
Working Conditions
- Travel required: 20%
- Standard European business hours with flexibility for emerging market time zones.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional international travel to emerging markets for site visits
