Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate transceiver architecture specifications

Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- Over 8 years of industry experience
- Profound expertise in SERDES modeling and scripting
- Knowledge of high-speed design methodologies
- Experience in lab validation of serial communications
