Technolution is looking for a System Architect with a multidisciplinary approach.

Role

You are a strategic thinker who can understand complex issues and translate them into clear solutions. You switch effortlessly between clients, engineers, and managers and can convince people of your vision. With your systems engineering expertise, you bring structure and overview, without losing sight of the human aspect. You are the architect who provides substance and direction to the most challenging projects - and you get energy from that.

Your work as a System Architect

As a system architect at Technolution, you are the linchpin in the "front end" of our projects, and you take responsibility for a good result during implementation. You engage with clients early to get to the bottom of their real needs and translate them into a concrete solution that aligns with their business goals. You know how to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, so everyone understands why your proposal adds value.

Your vision transcends disciplines. You design complex systems where software, hardware, and programmable logic come together. You divide them into clear components and define clear interfaces. With your helicopter view, you identify risks and determine the right measures. You translate this into a smart implementation approach to keep projects manageable. You involve the team in your choices, motivate the use of new technologies, and support implementation.

In addition, you make an important contribution to tender processes and roadmaps for product development. You help write proposals, estimate resources and lead times, and advise clients with vision and conviction. You remain closely involved during execution: you test architectural decisions, guide engineers, and ensure projects stay on course.

In short: you combine substantive depth with communicative strength and strategic insight. This makes you not only the builder of systems, but also the builder of trust - with clients and colleagues.

About You

You have:

• A completed relevant master's or bachelor's degree (WO level desired)
• At least 5 years of experience as a system architect or similar
• Thorough knowledge of systems engineering and requirements management
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects and risk management
