Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on System Administrator / DevOps Engineer who can manage the complete IT infrastructure — from hardware and networking to servers, cloud, and deployments. This role requires someone practical, proactive, and capable of handling both office IT operations and modern DevOps workflows.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & Cloud

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Collaborate with developers for smooth release cycles

Hardware & IT Support

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and fix hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.)
• Manage office IT infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi
• Handle system upgrades, replacements, and IT asset managementProvide day-to-day technical support to internal team

System Administration

• Manage Windows & Linux servers and systems
• User access control, permissions, and system security
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and logsManage backups, data recovery, and patch updates

Networking

• Configure and manage LAN/WAN networks
• Setup and manage DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure stable connectivity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in System Admin / IT Support / DevOps
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting + system management
• Experience with Linux & Windows environments
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Hands‑on with Docker / CI‑CD pipelines

Preferred Skills

Education

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Soft Skills

• Problem‑solving mindset (practical approach)
• Ownership and quick response attitude
