What You Can Expect

• Variety instead of routine: You will advise our specialist dealers and end customers, configure solutions, support in 2nd level support, and conduct training sessions.
• From Presales to Project Execution: You will accompany our IT solutions from idea to implementation – with a focus on up to three products from our portfolio.
• In-depth Teamwork: You will work closely with experienced colleagues, sales, and our manufacturers.
• Guaranteed Growth! You can not only start as a System Engineer with us – if you already have more experience, there is an immediate opportunity to join as a Professional or even Senior System Engineer.

How Levels Differ:

• Professional System Engineer – You bring broader and deeper experience, take on more complex projects, and support in mentoring junior colleagues.
• Senior System Engineer – You are technically leading, take on highly complex 3rd level support, assist with solution architectures, act as the central escalation point, and actively contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Job Requirements

• An apprenticeship or a degree in IT (e.g., Computer Science, System Integration, or similar)
• Technical understanding of networks, virtualization, cloud platforms, and ideally initial experience with automation (e.g., scripting)
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies – also in the areas of presales or training
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Proactive, team-oriented way of working
