Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, further training as an IT technician, degree in business informatics or comparable professional experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and at least one of the areas of storage, firewall or IT security
• Ideally, experience with technologies such as VMware / vSphere, Sophos, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix / XenDesktop, network technology, MDM or Microsoft 365
• Enjoyment of continuous further training and collegial exchange within the team
• Independent, structured way of working; Class B driver's license for occasional customer appointments on site

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of IT solution concepts for customers from the SME sector
• Installation and commissioning of IT systems at the customer's site and remotely – in the areas of IT infrastructure, cloud services, virtualization, network and security
• Planning, support and documentation of customer projects throughout the entire project cycle
• Contact person in support for customers and colleagues; remote maintenance and remote monitoring as part of the service routine
• Participation in an experienced, collegial team with flat hierarchies and real knowledge exchange
