Job Description

System Engineer Hybrid IT - Cloud, Security & Connectivity (m/f/d)

Our ROCKEN partner is an innovative, Swiss family company and a loyal employer for around 200 employees. They develop, produce, and assemble the measurably best window made of wood and metal with Saphir Integral. Sliding doors, renovation windows, pivot windows, metal casement windows, and fire protection windows complement their product range.

Responsibilities

• Engineering, operation, and provision of modern hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructures
• Ensuring the availability and continuous optimization of network and system landscapes in customer environments
• Installation, configuration, and support of server, client, and connectivity solutions
• Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex system and network disruptions
• Participation in infrastructure projects and further development of existing IT architectures

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ with a specialization in platform development or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Sound network know-how in areas such as VPN, routing, firewalling, and switching
• Experience with virtualization, hybrid cloud, or SaaS platforms
• Very good German language skills; French language skills are an advantage
