About the Partner Company

Our ROCKEN partner develops modern cloud computing solutions and comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions for its customers with its many years of experience. For the solutions offered, our partner uses its data centers, which are entirely located in Switzerland. The customers are mainly SMEs.

Responsibilities

• You support the Customer Service Team with technical issues related to cloud solutions
• You process incidents, problems, and changes and ensure proper escalation when needed
• You help customers remotely or on-site with technical challenges in IT environments
• You analyze disruptions in a structured manner and find efficient solutions thanks to your technical know-how
• You ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and reliable work

Qualifications

• You have completed an IT education (e.g., System Engineering) or several years of experience in IT support
• You have experience in customer support and in the IT system environment
• You are very familiar with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365 and Teams
• You have experience with Windows Server, RDS, Hyper-V, and ideally PowerShell
• You have basic network knowledge and work in a structured and service-oriented manner
